This is a fully staged, off-Broadway production of the full-length Broadway show.
Auditions for Legally Blonde were held on Saturday, December 7, 2019. We were less than a month away from the April 2020 opening when the pandemic struck. Preparations for Legally Blonde were suspended indefinitely.
Rehearsals resumed on September 22, 2021 — eighteen months later.
Performances are scheduled for:
- Friday, December 3 at 7 pm
- Saturday, December 4 at 2 pm
- Saturday, December 4 at 7 pm
- Sunday, December 5 at 3 pm

About Legally Blonde
A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the famous movie, Legally Blonde the Musical is about Elle Woods’ journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Elle’s UCLA college boyfriend Warner Huntington III abruptly dumps her and heads back east to attend Harvard Law. He explains that his future has already been planned out for him, and she is not going to fit because she’s not “serious” enough. Elle sets out to prove him wrong. We follow her transformation as she brings her boundlessly optimistic take on life, her Summa Cum Laude 4.0 GPA and her BA in fashion merchandising to Harvard Law. Against all odds, she wins admission.
At Harvard Law, despite being the smartest one in the room, she struggles to be taken seriously. She faces down snobbery and sexual harassment. She makes a few true friends who accept her for who she is and who believe in her. While remaining steadfastly true to herself, Elle begins to succeed beyond everyone’s expectations. She discovers that maybe – just maybe – law might be her true calling after all.
