About Our Production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast
Our goal was to create something unique, a show that was not another cookie-cutter replica of the Broadway show, or the National Tour. Our production was re-conceived to bring out the exceptional message of this wonderful old French tale . . . a la Disney of course. . . and that’s why we love it.
Our young performers brought their characters to life and told their story in a beautifully open and simple manner. One could not help but be touched by this show.
What does it mean to be free? To be human? Underneath the whimsical Disney dancing furniture, cutlery, feather duster and china, lay this luscious, heart-wrenching story of love, beauty and loyalty.
Rebirth, redemption through love, accepting differences, finding the beauty within, being true to one’s own self — all are interwoven in this glittering and uplifting fairy tale.
Beauty and the Beast is a timeless and enduring love story told through glorious music, song, whimsical scenery and costuming.
